As a former Director of Army Quality Assurance I knew what was expected of good suppliers and had seen many who failed to meet expectations. On a micro level, having done extensive research on what was needed to make my 22ft powerboat fully watertight from the weather and more effective for fishing, I was looking for a good supplier to bring my plan into reality. WOW, what a great job. Was it my boat I wasn’t sure, it looked so different. From the start Paul said leave it to me and he and the crew did not disappoint.
